Exchange & Refund Policy – Silkrang

1. Who Can Request an Exchange or Return?

Timeline: You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to ask for an exchange or return.

Valid Reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong
  • Size or colour doesn’t match what you ordered
  • Missing pieces (like accessories or tags)

2. What Condition Should the Item Be In

To help us process your request quickly, please make sure the product is:

  • Unused and in its original state
  • All tags and labels still attached
  • Packed in its original box or bag
  • Accompanied by your order invoice or confirmation email

Note: Items bought on a “Final Sale” or heavily discounted are not eligible for exchange or refund.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

In Your Message, Please Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note on why you’d like to exchange
  • Photos of the item (especially if it’s damaged or not what you ordered)
  • Our Response:
  • We’ll review and get back to you within 24 hours.

If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label or detailed instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • Our Mistake (faulty item, wrong item): return shipping is on us.
  • Your Choice (size change, change of mind): you cover return‑shipping costs.

Receiving Your Replacement:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement immediately.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Follow the Exchange Steps above just let us know you prefer a refund.
  • Inspection: We’ll inspect the returned product.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • If that’s not possible, we’ll issue store credit for future shopping.
  • Timeframe: Please allow up to 10 business days after our approval for the credit to appear.

Important Note:

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we receive the returned product and confirm its condition.

Silk Rang is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier

If the return parcel is delayed or lost by the courier, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company and ensure delivery to us.

No refund or exchange will be processed for items still in transit or undelivered.

5. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Unstitched fabrics once cut or customized
  • Underwear, socks, face masks for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or sold at extremely deep discount
  • Gift cards and e‑vouchers

6. What If You Change Your Mind?

We understand plans change. If you simply decide you don’t want an item, just follow the Customer‑Choice return process above return shipping will be at your cost.
